Local Guyanese comedian Kirk Jardine known to many as Chow Pow was placed on $50, 000 bail after assaulting his daughter. Chow Pow’s daughter had gone to make a police report when Chow Pow showed up at the station demanding to know what the report was about. His daughter refused to tell him, the two had reportedly not been on speaking terms for sometime. Shortly after Chow Pow accosted his daughter on the road and assaulted her. Police were called and Chow Pow was taken into custody.
All this occurred after a video of Chow Pow’s daughter allegedly leaked.
